I did phase A 2 years ago in Aug at KMW on Olympic:) My best advice is to train as much a possible before anyone attends a phase A course. My reward for all the hard training I did before going to phase paid off with never being dead sore the next day. If anything I was a little stiff, but never dead sore. This by far made the experience that much better!!!
