The best moment was we were punching each other in the face repetitively and I looked up and saw this cute girl on her trial class, getting punched in the face and punching another girl.. It was just one of those absurd moments, wondering what she was thinking as it was the very first drill after warmup, followed by body punch conditioning….I’m pretty sure she joined…krav girls got heart

Its not bad enough I stick out like a sore thumb, even without the gold lammae cape, as the guy wheezing in the corner for most of the class, now you paint me as the krav perv:dunno:;): Besides, I’m a cautious man, I keep my eyes on anyone I think can kick my Azz, which pretty much is the whole roomthumbsup
Gotta admit though, women, heck even guys, who stick with krav are kind of special. It really is not an easy path.
I always wonder why people do what they do. Ever wonder what the percentage is of people who stick thru say L4 or ever have to use krav? Personally, I hope none of us has to use it ever..most won’t, I imagine.
So why train?..Personally, i think of it as toughness training. Toughness is physical, mental, and emotional. Mind,body, sprit….Using James Loehr’s paradigm of toughness,it’s Strength,Flexibility, Resiliance and Responsiveness. Loehr says Toughness is learned and that in the end it’s physical as all are released physically.. Krav training fits toughness training perfectly. Through the training, we become stronger, more flexible, resiliant and our ability to respond becomes sharper. It starts physically and affects the mental and emotional. It carries over.

Sounds like too great of a training center to not visit. I have to look for a IT convention over in LA so i can have excuse to visit. I’m sure there’s plenty just got find good one to approve 😉
