Great advice so far…I just want to reinforce what has already been said. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate! Drink fluids (water, gatorade, etc…) throughout the day, not just during class.
1.Pace yourself
2. Don’t compare yourself to others in the class, everybody had to start somewhere, their fitness levels didn’t happen overnight
3. Don’t get discouraged
4. Have fun!
