So your up in Birmingham UK and not Birmingham Alabama….. Surprise they have Krav up there. Glad they do.

We certainly do. I suppose geographically, it’s not so far to Israel!

I saw some WEC fighter pull of a cartwheel kick last week on TV. WOW WOW WOW. His name I think was Pettis or something.
I hope when I start MT in June or July we just stick to basic leg kicks and knees and elbows. If we start doing axe and heel kicks I am going to get super frustrated and quit.
I love watching kicks on WEC through . Very fun.
I do not have the coordination or flexibility to pull off an Axe or spinning kick. not going to happen lol

My favorite fighters to watch are the 135 and 145 and 155 pound divisions. They are the ones who pull of the Video game moves and make it look super easy.

The Axe kick would be good on the ground in guard for me. IF the opponent gives you space you could bring up an axe kick down on his face.. ouchh.
Standing up through it must take years to perfect.

Watching the UFC guys and WEC guys pull it off is most fun and amazing….

Wonder if Bones Jones could do an axe kick.. sure he could.
