Incase it hasn’t already been pointed out…. You are the man garddawg! Thanks for the good workout posts. I checked out your website and read through your forums, and you are a class act. It was very inspirational to read how your school took a stand to the violence that was going on at the local school.
Just wanted to tip my hat to you.

-jumprope (10 min.)
-heavybag/sparring (40 min.)
-run for 40 min. w/ 100 yd. sprint or hill sprints in between
-8-count bodybuilders* (similar to burpees except pushups are added and the person spreads his/her feet apart and back after 1 pushup)=20 reps)
-thai pad drills (40 min.-1 hr.)
-grappling/freefight session (1-4 hrs.)
-5-star jumps* (30 reps)
-squat jumps* (30 reps)
-jumping jacks* (40 4-count reps)
-mountain climbers/sprinters* (30 4-count reps)
-rowers/exercise bikes/treadmill/elliptical machine/gazelle/stair-climber (40-min.)
-obstacle course (occassionally)
-leisure walking (usually off-days)=30 min.-1 hr.
-shadowboxing warmup (10 min.)

December 20, 2005 at 12:57 pm #42491jaerooMemberDon’t get it twisted. I don’t do them all at once in one day. I change from one cardio routine to the next each day. The ones marked in asterisk is for calisthenics.
