Re: How long did you stay in level 1??
I was in Krav 1 for 6 mos. I was really getting bored during the last 2 months or so. I am going religiously twice/week. Now that I’m in Krav 2, I could see doing that for almost a year because it’s more technical and I want to mix in some sparring. Always go at your own pace.
