    Boo boo today to left rear delt or upper tricep…can’t figure out which.

    Tamar, I would ask both your physician and your instructor. And I’m interested to hear what the instructors on the board have to say. My instinct would be to protect that shoulder, but that’s me.

    Freaky voodoo stuff L, hyper-extended my arm when my sparring pal did an inside defense. It knocked me out of class today, and ain’t feeling any better at work now.

    Oh well, nothing a couple Old Style tall boys won’t fix, right? 😆

    I hear ya, dude. That was my intention, but I had to go to work right after that, and then later, well, it was too late for ice methinks. It’s healing nicely though…may even visit krav class tomorrow.
