I signed a year contract @ 89$ a month. I can take unlimited krav classes 1 or 2hrs a day for 5days (M,T,W,TH,SAT) KM Fight on Wednesday nights, and a cross-fit class on Friday. I think it’s a great deal & the instructors are awesome.

Re: New to site & to Krav

Just a follow up. I’m starting my 2nd week of training, and loving every bit of it. I’ve already lost 8lbs from training, diet, and a slight work out routine in the morning :woohoo:. My instructor is great & I’m sure I’ll be staying with this program for awhile. Thanks for the great info on this site & I’m sure I’ll be having some questions in the future.
