Brandon Vera

I think if Brandon Vera beats Tim Sylvia on Oct 20, he will fight Couture for the title. Vera was originally supposed to fight Sylvia when a contract dispute nixed it and Couture came in.

Vera has done really well in his UFC fights, vicious knees. Some might know him as the husband of one of the \”Fight Girls\” who fought in Thailand.

Thanks to everyone that posted a reply. I ended up emptying the entire bag and found bags of compacted sand that were up against the wall of the bag, which is why it felt like hitting concrete.

I went to Lowe’s and got the carpet guy to give me a length of empty tube which I filled with the sand and repacked the whole thing so the sand is in the middle with padding around it. It is 100% better and I can actually kick it now!

Now I just have to get my shins in shape.

Hey there Jeff, long time no see. Hope everything is going well.

Since the name that strikes fear into everyone here in Colorado (in my dreams) \”Peaches\” is already taken , I would name him El Guapo (after Bas).

I have no problem and do so quite a bit some nights. We had a really good exchange going and the guy I was working with sunk it really quick. He let go just a fraction of a second late though.

I went to the doctor and he said it isn’t that bad, not much bruising, swelling etc, and gave me a presrip for an anti-inflamatory. Starting to feel better but still now 100%
