We do all this training to protect ourselves, then something like this surfaces. I can’t believe some people are so nieve as to believe they can make it out there without an AFDB. What good is your groin protector without your AFDB???

Sometimes it’s not what we wear *outside* of class, rather what we’re not wearing in class. Hope this helps. Never train without your AFDB.

Ooo, I hadn’t made the connection before you said that…. this is probably why AFDBs aren’t allowed in ring sports. Good catch!
