Most people go into a Krav class and think its going to teach them how to be a badass and cover gun knife and other advanced things. What most peopel fail to realize is each level builds on one another. Level 1 for me at this point is boring basic stuff. With that said you need those basic skills ground into your muscle memory in order to be able to do counters and ground work.
Also your only as good as you train. Keep that in mind.

Sadly I’ve written a zombie escape and survival plan which Is titled End of days scenario. Everything is in there from escape routes to the type of cars and how much gear we bring, etc… What can I say I get bored easily.
I’d take an M4 with an eotech red dot and a forward grip, beneli m1 on my back, XD .45 in the thigh holster, Remington 700 .308 win in the backseat. You can walk into any gun store or firing range in LA and get ammo for those weapons.

Car keys work just fine as a self defense weapon. I carry them with me everywhere. But i prefer my fists elbows and knees.
