Re: Choke from the front against wall……
Not sure I can picture it, but it may be more complicated than what we do. The pluck works well and is the most instinctive thing you can do (if someone choked you, your hands would be going to the throat anyway, so you just add the explosive motion to make it a solid defense). The rotational defense (arm up in the air, then turn) might be even stronger, but it’s less instinctive.
What organisation do you train with? If you are in Israel, maybe check out IKMA or IKMF schools. They should have KM pur.
