Re: Deadliest Warrior
I’m going with Fudd. He has that “Don’t Quit” attitude and a killing spirit.

I’m surprised no one commented on this weeks episode.
The Green Beret were defeated by the Soviet Spetsnaz.

I saw most of it but didn’t finish it, i know they where better at handgun move and shoot, what else did they score better, the knife?
From the host and other experts they where basically saying Beret’s have better weapons and Spetsnaz better training. Which i don’t agree, close family friend is Beret and he has told me some about their training , it sounds very well rounded not just hard core training, they study many different aspects, languages, cultures, counterinsurgency….
Ohh well it was entertaining nonetheless.

I don’t like how they rated the weapons on one individual’s performance with it against one other individual’s performance… not a very strong statistical analysis….

It was interesting watching what I thought was palpable tension while both sets of warriors was on the pistol range. It seemed that they would have started shooting at each other without much provocation and the end the knife with the blade that shoots was the difference. Again I think the one thing that they cannot plug into the program is the heart and courage of the individuals as we all know with the same training some are better than others.

i was thinking the same thing why give more publicity to terriorists
besides why not invite the green berrets back to take care of the taliban “experts” like the fbi says 2 to the body and 1 to the head makes a man good and dead

I’d really love to see exactly what they put into that computer simulation, because the IRA got a knife kill without knives having ever been mentioned as one of their weapons, and the taliban ended up with a friendly fire death…
It doesn’t add up.
