Hey all, just re-introducing myself again. It’s been a while since I’ve been on the forums. My name is Macthe Ball, and I’m a Navy sailor now stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I’ve been in almost 15 years, and I have a wife and seven month old son. Before I left my last command(Washington D.C.), I trained in Krav Maga for a almost a year and a half. I would really like to start training in Krav Maga again here in Okinawa, and I may have found a place. I would also like to look at a “traditional” Martial Art. If you’re in Okinawa, stop by and say hey. Hell, even if you’re not, stop by!

Welcome! I still the butterflies before every class myself. I mask it by doing warmups. That seems to calm me down a bit before the ass-kickery commences!

Welcome! I’m a FNG myself, I train at KM Northern Virginia in Lorton, VA. Been training there for almost a year now.

Holy crap, am I the only Military member to join since the beginning of the year? Crazy! Been in the Navy for over fourteen years, been with the Military Police for almost ten. Been training in Krav Maga for almost a year. Good times!

Hey all, how goes it? Here’s a quick intro on me: My name is Macthe Le Ball. I’m 6′, 225lbs, Brown hair/eyes. I’m Irish/German/Vietnamese. My Mom is Vietnamese, my real father is the other part. I have three brothers and a sister. I’m in the Navy, have been for over fourteen years. I’m with the Military Police, stationed at the Naval Yard in Washington D.C., and I’m living in Lorton, VA. I’m a HUGE geek, but was still interested in Sports and Martial Arts. Sports I could do, but Martial Arts was expensive. A buddy of mine put me on to Krav Maga, which I had seen in videos before, and I thought that it would help out with my job a bit. I’ve been training for almost a full year now, at Krav Maga Northern Virginia. I was suppose to take the level 2 test in September, but my wife went into what turned out to be false labor. I hope to take the test before the year ends.
