You might want to do some carbo in the morning and/or at lunch
This way at night you do not get such a rush/high from class.
I had the same problem when lifting weights 3 hours every night at the gym.
It took me hours to fall to sleep.
Doctor told me I had high blood pressure. Take meds now workout twice a day and try to go to Krav class as much as possible at night.Sleep like a baby!!!!
Also could be the rush of something new that is really cool.

I am %100 with you on that.
Did cleases for two weeks and only eat organic foods and make everything from stratch.
Made a big difference.

You need a recovery agent, Comes with age.
Start taking L-Glutamine twice a day.
Fix you right up.I am only 38 but I have a messed up heart so the meds make my muscle very sore. With out L-Glut I could only workout 3 times a week.
Also cut back on the weight if you are doing any. Increase the cardo.
Running my 215lb butt for 2 miles is enough weight lifting.

Me too.
Funny I workout twice a day (1 1/2 in the morning and 1 at lunch) Monday through Friday very hard.
When I go to Krav class on Saturday it is several times more draining.
Instructor is great.I am Krav addicted for life. :):

I can only go Saturday so far and the one in Bedford. (Live in south Irving)
First time I ever been to Krav maga was at the one at Trinity Mills and it was a total blast. Great instructors and very friendly.
At work, I am on the the saftey committe and I have been working on trying to set up some funds to maybe have a few instructors come up and do a mini-class during the day at the gym for employees. (I know great, I would be the punching bag all day ;-P). If I get this approved I will talk to Andrea to see if this is possible. Thought it might be a good way to get people to join Krav Maga.
