I notice you are from Spain and from your question you are asking which Krav Maga is the best to train under? Well if it is “real” Krav Maga is should be good. What is available for you in your area?

It’s all part of the game…you might find on those bad nights you learn more than the nights you feel like your are on your A game. KM requires a lot from you both physically and mentally you can’t expect to not ever have a bad day. Just eat right…and treat your body well and you will be fine!
Re: Help on hips
Try putting a ball next to your feet…if you engage your hips correctly the ball will roll away when you punch. Remember your feet move because your hips move..they are connected. One more thing I tell my students is to loosen up…the looser you are the more power you will have. Good luck!
Re: Phase A preperation
Hydrate…hydrate…hydrate!! Pace yourself…you will want to come out guns a blazing, but being able to hang in there for 8 hours a day for 7 days requires a ton of endurance. Eat well, ice whatever is sore and get good sleep every night.
For me every story I heard was true and them some. Most of all listen to your instructors and learn to work well with your partner they need you as much as you need them. Good luck!

Hi Joey,
My name is Brayson Bucker and I am going to Phase B in Maryland. I have never trained at this particular facility but I am sure it will be a great place to train.
I recently went to Phase B apprentice in San Antonio to get the exposure to the material. Because of my location it is hard for me to get in as much as I would like. I am a licensee and instructor in Spokane Wa and the next closest facility is in Moscow Id with Mike Satz. I often travel down there and Mike is the reason why I am able to be in the situation I am in. So with that I am sure that you remember Phase A and we can expect B to be harder. Apprentice B with Kelly was hard…in fact the last day was the hardest day I have ever had. We are now going to hopefully be level 2 instructors and they expect to see that change. One thing to remember is bring “all” your sparring gear with you, this time we will be doing some sparring.
I am staying at the Extended Stay Deluxe which is very close to the training facility. They gave me a decent price and there are some places to eat and shop nearby. If you want to give me a call feel free. My number is 509-496-6336. I look forward to meeting and training with you. See ya soon!

Ya I have to admit that this season looks a little bit more set up…they do get beat down though…lol!

I love the show…sucks it’s fake. They should bring these people to a Krav class and teach them to stand up for themselves!
