Re: Bas MMA Workout for Southpaws?
I have to tell myself when doing the combinations that my left is my right and my right is my left. This made it very easy to do without memorizing the combos.

quote Jeremy Stafford:I was a little bummed out that he wouldn’t show me the “Fire Krav” this morning……I saw the Fire Krav, Ice Krav and Lightning Krav. It was pretty amazing.

My kids are 8 and 10 and are both Black Belts in TSD. Whenever we decide to start KMX, they will both start that. As for now they have so many other activities they do that keep them very very occupied

I love that idea. We advertise in a local ad magazine. I have gotten great results from that. 65% of our business has come from this ad.
I’m always interested in new advertising ideas.
Thanks

Jeremy said it all, but I still want to send out a very special Thank You to Kelly C. It was a fantastic seminar. I have received a lot of e-mails and phone calls from the women and they loved the seminar.
Thanks Again
Julie
P.S. You would think that Jeremy would have learned by now and would wear a cup when you are around. hee hee hee

As my husband mentioned in another post, I trained until I was almost 5 months pregnant. My doctor said that since I have been training in Krav for 2 years prior to my pregnancy that my body was familiar with it and that I would be OK to continue to train. Of Course I didn’t fight and I also wouldn’t hold any of the bags. I worked in with a threesome and took it very easy.
I had no problems. -
