Re: Ryan Hoover instruction in Charlotte, NC
It really is a great place to train. Never once have I had a bad class nor poor instruction in the two years I have been taking classes. It truly is a blessing to live in this area and be able to take classes with Ryan and the other instructors.

I think when taken in context, the Airport level makes sense. The fact that the level is confessed to possibly offend people, able to be skipped without consequence, and the player is not forced to kill the civilians shows me that the developers would have avoided the level if it was not so vital to the game’s storyline.
Online is amazing. Too much greatness to describe.

That guy seemed more concerned about letting the world know he was attacked from behind than actually doing something about it. I like how when I saw the guy get put in the headlock my mind immediately recalled the defense. Tad bit proud of myself.

Heh. I thought I was the only one who thought that looked like him. Plus the guy doesn’t seem to smile either. rofl2

quote jdawgmcb:Thanks for clarifying that 🙂Also, I know it has probably been done to death on here but either i’m searching impaired or can’t really find what i’m looking for :P.
I just want to make sure I have full, 100% confidence to deal with (almost any…obviously i wont be able to handle a Jujitsu master) threat that comes my way.
Well, after re-reading it, that thread wasn’t really a Krav vs MMA thing. Krav will give you the skills you need to fend for yourself in a Street Fight against both people who know how to fight and who do not. However, it couldn’t hurt to take BJJ and other styles if you want to increase your arsenal.

quote Kior:You shouldn’t be hitting with a vertical fist, you should be rotating to a 45 degree angle or soI’ve seen people use both.
