Re: Hurting shoulders?
If you don’t mind taking supplements, I definitely recommend trying Super Cissus rx from USP labs. I’ve suffered some serious knee pain since I had surgey 7 years ago. I’ve tried many different glucosamine, MSM etc. products for joint pain over that time. And between a little Osteo Bi-Flex and super cissus every day… man, I’m virtualy pain free. It’s good stuff.

I make Coke bottles.
February 24, 2006 at 3:37 pm #45060brotherobinMemberMy 9 and 12 year old sons are in kmx, and they’ve actualy gotten along BETTER since they started training together. My 7 and 5 year old will be in there as soon as they’re old enough (the ages here in AZ are 8-14) and my daughter will be right behind them.

February 15, 2006 at 1:29 am #44603brotherobinMemberso… what’s the word?
February 15, 2006 at 1:23 am #44602brotherobinMemberThanks, GK. My inner thighs are actually the worst for me too. After countless squat and round kicks they get pretty sore… i’ll try that.
February 14, 2006 at 9:15 pm #44580brotherobinMemberThanks for all the info… i’m 30, i don’t do any free weight training anymore, mainly strength conditioning (bodyweight) and endurance training. I think i just needed to take a break. I feel much better after 4 days off, a big pot roast dinner last night and a light jog this morning. Thanks again for the insight.
February 14, 2006 at 4:36 pm #44567brotherobinMember\”…how to recover enough so you can go hard again.\”
I’m trying to keep enough strength and flexibility to be able to work out just as hard on wednesday as i did on monday as i did on saturday…etc.
I keep a steady flow of vitamins, minerals, aminos, proteins and other supplements in my blood stream… i’ve been soaking in the tub, resting, stretching, using tiger balm and i always make sure to feed my body within my prime post workout window… but i’m still sore for 2-3 days… if possible, i’d like to cut that down to 1 day.February 4, 2006 at 7:55 pm #44114brotherobinMemberWell, here’s MY review… as handwrap replacements, they suck. Way too tight inside the gloves.
January 31, 2006 at 2:13 am #43916brotherobinMemberHip Hip Hoo-Ro! …okay 🙄 that was corny. Seriously though, congratulations to ’em.

January 27, 2006 at 10:23 pm #43806brotherobinMemberWell, i got my package in the mail today. Apparently during the shipping process, my Evergel gloves mysteriously morphed into 3 pairs of size 6 \”Kung Fu Shoes\” 🙄 Needless to say i’m a little upset. Anyway, i sent them an email requesting a prepaid return slip and my REAL order by the first of the month. So… here’s lookin’ forward (again) to trying them out.
January 26, 2006 at 4:07 pm #43748brotherobinMember… that’s a heck of a long link ain’t it? Anyway, you can find ’em a lot cheaper (about $100 less) if you shop around. Groin kicks are still limited due to the base but the life like detail makes the training (in my opinion) a lot more effective. The one i used (before the XL) had specific target points marked on it in pen by my friend, this made for excellent memory response shots…(practice striking specific points from different positions) It’s good stuff.
January 24, 2006 at 7:20 pm #43662brotherobinMemberHow do they (if you tried) work as wrap replacements under gloves? I was planning on using them for a quicker alternative to hand wraps.
