There is no way of knowing who is number 1. A krav person is number 1 if they survive an attack. Plus, what are they suppose to be number 1 at? There is no s uch things for other MA styles either. Maybe in the competition circuit, but that doesn’t count for the whole world, US or other countries.
It was okay. Some cool info but I would like to see the force those fast roundhouse kicks the TKD guy was generating. I don’t think was a lot.
Also, how can you compare a 100lbs something kung guys punch to a 230lbs boxers?
It would have been cool to see what power was generated during a fight and not static.
Dont’ get me wrong, I think they are on a great course linking science with Martial Arts/system but they could have done it better.
Funny as it may have been and maybe staged I think that was a bad idea. It make krav look like a joke. IMO. Or maybe not krav as a whole, but that class. It is serious stuff we do, and I know we should not be so serious in class but the main streem public see that and don’t know the real deal they will get the wrong impression. IMO

Giantkillerfor example. I noticed on the krav DVD, that when a front hook is thrown the lead floor flares out while the hips move. We are told not to flare out the foot. A little different, but just curious to why it is this way.
