February 2, 2007 at 5:52 pm #52171progressMemberThanks GD, I just ordered the journal, I had read the first Zone book years ago and wondered if the blocks had changed from the initial plan. From what I remember it was somewhat difficult to calculate the blocks. Hope this helps make it a bit more simple.

I bought the 35lb. bell, it came in a starter pack and was the suggested starter size for beginners. The book and dvd came today just started reading it. Any tips you may have would be greatly appreciated. 😆
October 15, 2006 at 4:58 am #50347progressMemberThank you for the info garddawg. I just ordered one and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I only hope I can figure out how to use it and get a good workout, I bought the starter kit with the book and dvd. I recently moved and the nearest KM training facility is about 50 miles away, still trying to figure out a solution to that dilemma.
thanks again.

May 5, 2006 at 3:23 am #46556progressMemberNot sure if you have ever read any of Geoff Thompsons books, but I think his material is excellent, I would suggest checking out his website, they have a forum, IM sure you could find some like minded self protection fans that could provide input as to what is available in the south of England. Good Luck.
