Re: Point shooting
Get your front sight on target and fire. Don’t bother lining up the sights. Did some CQB training recently and the front sight on target is still pretty accurate.

One way to keep BOB quiet, is to give your neighbor some ear plugs. Works for me.

quote CJs Dad:I donít really know much about ammo but a Gun store I used to frequent (Kings) had a big metal bucket they had shot a round into that was filled with water or sand (not sure) and the exit hole on the back was ridicules so I went with those rounds LOL. Something called Black Talons. A friend told me they donít make them anymore. But I still have several boxs. The name “Black Talon” was change to be politically correct. They are now called SXT. They are also copper colored now, not black.

November 2, 2007 at 2:41 pm #57387nd6171MemberMy opinion is technique will get you further than strength. I believe you can have all the strength in the world, but if you don’t know how to do something right, the strength won’t help you.
November 2, 2007 at 9:10 am #57378nd6171MemberI visited the Bedford class last week and thought it was great. As a law enforcement officer, I see using Krav Maga at work on a semi-regular basis. In the beginner stages, I would not want to fight against a more experienced student. It would discourage me to get my butt kicked that soon.

September 6, 2007 at 4:36 pm #56109nd6171MemberNeil from Texas. I am new to Krav Maga. The nearest training center is over an hour away for me, so I am unable to attend a class. I have been learning as much as I can from the Complete Krav Maga book and by watching videos. Guess that is better than nothing.
